Character Searching

I haven't received many comments from my other scripts, but here we go again.

Instructions: Admin level command that searches on whole or partial character names.
[CharSearch or [CS for short will bring up a gump where you can type in the name to search for.
- It searches all characters (on and offline) and returns a list of character names and their accounts.
- On the list gump, there is a blue button that will allow you to Goto a player or an arrow that will bring up the [Admin gump.

Optionally, you can tpe the characters name after the command
Examples:
- If you only type [CS, you are taken to a gump that where you can type the characters name and click search.
- If you type [CS charname, your are taken directly to the list of matching characters.

We have found this to be an invaluable tool to track down accounts when only the character name is known.


Installation:
- Drop in custom folder
