This is an easy way for a shard owner to collect their player's e-mail address and a magic word. They can both be used to verify the account owner. 

When players type "[setemail " a gump appears asking players for a magic word and e-mail address. 
The information can only be entered by the player once. Magic words must be between 4-40 characters and e-mail addresses must be between 7-40 chars. 

Once the information is entered the account is tagged with the information. The shard owner can view and edit the information by going to Saves/Accounts/Accounts.xml. THERE MUST BE A WORLD SAVE BEFORE THE INFORMATION IS ABLE TO BE SEEN IN THE ACCOUNTS.XML FILE.
