=================================================================== == OSI Style Treasure Hunting System ==== By C Watson ==== 2012 === =================================================================== ==================== INSTALLATION ================================ Replace/Merge the following files - * - MapItem.cs ( Scripts\Items\Maps ) * - TreasureMap.cs ( Scripts\Items\Maps ) * - TreasureMapChest.cs ( Scripts\Items\Containers ) * - LockPick.cs ( Scripts\Items\Skill Items\Thief ) Place the other files in your custom script folder (anywhere in Scripts will do) =================================================================== -------------------- Description ---------------------------------- =================================================================== This system will replace the current 'Fixed' Treasure map locations with random map locations appearing on all Facets. Also the Treasure Loot is inline with current OSI standards, allowing for Imbuing ingredients etc.. Chest Guardians are different for each main Facet (Trammel/Felucca, Tokuno, Malas, Ilshenar, TerMer ) and there are a few new creatures that only appear as Guardians. Failed LockPicking attempts will destroy a Random item from within the chest, however the chest lock difficulty has changed slightly. Level 1 = 5 Lockpicking / 21 Cartograpthy Level 2 = 45 Lockpicking / 41 Cartograpthy Level 3 = 65 Lockpicking / 61 Cartograpthy Level 4 = 75 Lockpicking / 81 Cartograpthy Level 5 = 75 Lockpicking / 91 Cartograpthy Level 6 = 80 Lockpicking / 100 Cartograpthy Level 7 = 80 Lockpicking / 100 Cartograpthy Skeleton Keys will give +5 to LockPicing (10 uses each) - MasterSkeletonKeys will open one Treasure Map Chest with no skill checks or failure.
