Cause many guys asked my to update some old scripts, i wanna release
this skillball set. Its scripted for UOR timeage.

Here is a deed that u can add ur skill balls to and give the deed to players how ever u want. but it will add an account tag on use to keep them from making new chars. just to farm the deed. If they have an account tag saying they used the deed it will send them a message saying they have already got their skill balls and then delete the deed giving them nothing. Make sure the skill balls the deed drops are set movable false. This can be used for many things just change what it drops (comments are in script on where to edit).
