Enhanced Client Support for ServUO Publish 54 :

1/ Installation
- copy all files (SERVER and SCRIPTS)
- when prompted, replace all files in ServUO
- recompile with Compile.WIN.bat (or MONO if you are on Linux)

2/ Launching the Enhanced Client
 a/ Change the IP in cheese.cfg to your Shard's IP (you might need to change the port too if you don't use 2593)
 b/ Copy both cheese.cfg and UoSALoader.exe to your Ultima Online Enhanced Client folder
 c/ Launch UoSALoader.exe
